Kelly Harris is a partner at Miller Thomson's Toronto office and heads the national Marketing, Advertising & Product Compliance law group. She offers practical and business-focused advice to a wide range of clients in regulated industries, including cosmetics, food, cannabis, and more. Her legal expertise spans deceptive marketing practices, consumer protection, e-commerce, privacy, anti-spam, competition/anti-trust, trademark, and copyright issues. Kelly provides strategic counsel on advertising, marketing, regulatory compliance, privacy, and anti-spam laws. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. from McGill University.
