Kelly pursued her education by obtaining a Masters of Science degree in Aquaculture & Wastewater Reuse from Texas A&M University, showcasing her dedication to specialized knowledge in sustainable practices and environmental solutions.

Throughout her career, Kelly has been actively involved in various organizations and held key roles such as Co-Founder at AVL/BNC Government Resiliency Work Group, Project Development at SolFarm Solar Co., Solar Consultant at Solar Delivered, LLC, Managing Partner at Solar Delivered, LLC, Environmental Planner, Designer, and Technician at Sustainable Systems & Design International, as well as Farm Manager at Intercontinental Growers Association, Inc. These roles have provided her with a diverse skill set and a broad understanding of the solar industry and sustainable practices.
