Kelly Finn

Kelly Finn is a seasoned professional focusing on Portfolio/Ops Recruiting business for CPI, specializing in operating professionals within buyside firms and their portfolio companies.

Before her current role, Kelly gained valuable experience as a Campus Recruiting Consultant at Wells Fargo, where she managed analyst recruiting efforts for the Financial Analyst Program in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, as well as supported Corporate & Investment Banking Program recruiting.

Kelly's tenure at Wells Fargo began as a Project Coordinator for the Financial Analyst Program and later expanded to support recruiting endeavors for mid to senior level roles in Wholesale Banking.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Education from Roanoke College, where she not only excelled academically but also showcased her leadership skills as a two-time captain of the Women's Division III Field Hockey team.
