With a background in Business and Fashion from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Kelly is well-equipped to lead initiatives that blend commerce with social responsibility.

Kelly founded Bombas, inspired by the communal and industrious nature of bees, to address the lack of socks in homeless shelters. For every pair sold, Bombas donates a pair to those in need.

Prior to her role at Bombas, Kelly had experience as the Owner of 2h flowers, showcasing her entrepreneurial skills. She also held positions as an E-shop Manager and Account Coordinator at Redcats USA, highlighting her versatile business acumen.
