Kelly Bommer, Ph.D.

Dr. Kelly Bommer is the Associate Director of Athletics for Student Services and Administration at Fairfield University, a role she began in August 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management (2017) and a Master of Business Administration (2019) from Fairfield University, as well as a Doctorate in Organizational Learning and Leadership from Gannon University, which she completed in August 2023.

In her current position, Bommer is responsible for overseeing compliance, academics, and student-athlete services. She also acts as the sport supervisor for select varsity programs. Prior to joining Fairfield, she served at Gannon University as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Business and Special Projects, where her responsibilities included event management and planning special events.123 Bommer's background includes experience as a graduate assistant at Fairfield, focusing on academic success and event management, and she was also the team manager for the Fairfield Women's Soccer team during her undergraduate studies.1
