Kelly Bebenek

Kelly Bebenek is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in education, sales operations, business operations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and human resources.

Kelly holds a BEd in Adult Education from Brock University, Certification Courses in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and has studied Marketing at the Community College of Allegheny County.

Currently, Kelly serves as the Global Head of Education at Meltwater, having previously held key leadership roles at the company such as Global Director of Sales Operations Success and Director of Sales Operations and Enablement, Social Division.

Prior to her tenure at Meltwater, Kelly worked at Sysomos as the Global Director of Sales Operations & Enablement, Data Protection Officer, and as the Director of Business Operations. She also has a background in talent and organizational effectiveness through her roles at BlackBerry, where she served as the Senior Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Manager, Operations Program Manager, and Learning & Change Management Specialist.

Kelly's professional journey includes experiences in human resources, having worked as a Human Resources Specialist at O'Reilly Auto Parts and as a Human Resources Generalist at Crown Relocations. She has also showcased her marketing skills as the Marketing Chair at SHRM Hawaii.
