Kelly Ball

Kelly Ball is a highly experienced and educated professional in the fields of student learning and assessment, grant development, and institutional research. With a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Scientific and Technical Communication from the University of Minnesota, Ball has taught as a graduate instructor at the university and studied at Marquette University for her M.A. in English and B.A. degrees in Journalism and Writing-Intensive English.

Ball's deep experience in the education industry includes a variety of leadership roles, notably serving as the Director of Grant Development at St. Norbert College, Associate Director of Sponsored Programs at St. Norbert College, and Institutional Researcher at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Her most recent role is Director of Student Learning, Assessment, and Planning at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Throughout her varied career, Ball has honed expertise in student learning, assessment, and planning, as well as writing and presenting grants, sponsored programs, and research proposals. Her expertise in institutional research and grant development has allowed her to become a top professional in the education industry.
