The Kenosha Innovation Neighborhood is a non-profit organization aimed at revitalizing and transforming 107 acres of vacant land in the heart of Kenosha, located where the Chrysler engine plant once stood.13 Under Armstrong's leadership, KIN broke ground on the Kenosha Innovation Center in February 2025, with the facility expected to be completed in summer 2025.3
