    During her service, Kelly achieved significant milestones such as designing life skills programs for youth, organizing empowerment camps for young women, securing project grants for local schools, and training incoming Peace Corps Volunteers in public health curriculum.

    Kelly is known for her strong relationship-building skills, creativity, and adaptability in resource-constrained environments, making her an engaging facilitator adept at overcoming challenges.

    With a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from McGill University, Kelly has also gained professional experience as a Staff Assistant at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and as an intern with U.S. Senator Mark Warner and the National Museum of the United States Navy.
