Kelley Doering

Kelley Doering is a Founding Partner and current owner of Engin Creative, overseeing Operations and Business Development at the agency. With over 16 years of experience as a freelance Project Manager/Event Coordinator, Kelley has managed large retail rollouts, coordinated events for major brands with thousands of attendees, and provided strategic support to C-suite executives. Prior to her freelance work, Kelley held management positions at renowned companies such as Nike, PepsiCo, and Procter & Gamble. Additionally, she is active in charitable endeavors and currently serves on the Board of the Sam Day Foundation, which supports research on rare pediatric cancers. Kelley's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Ball State University. She also attended Plymouth High School. In the professional realm, Kelley has been associated with organizations like ENGIN Creative LLC, where she was a Founder/Owner, and Kelley Doering Consulting, where she served as Principal.
