Kelci Reiss

Kelci Reiss is a Research Program Coordinator at Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. She conducts qualitative field research in communities of people who use drugs throughout Maryland, focusing on harm reduction and structural influences affecting drug use behaviors.1 Reiss is involved in studying the Statewide Opioid Response3 and has expressed support for safe access to Syringe Supply Service Programs and harm reduction supplies and services.2 Her work contributes to public health initiatives related to substance use and harm reduction strategies.
