Keith Yoder

Keith Yoder is a multifaceted entrepreneur, blockchain advocate, and real estate professional with extensive experience in business and product operations management. He currently holds the position of Business Operations Manager at Innovent Capital, where he works on the analytical, operational, and administrative aspects of the portfolio of companies and investments. He enjoys closely collaborating with different stakeholders such as executives, investors, legal counsels, and development teams.

Keith's primary focus is on the development of Homium, Inc., a financial technology blockchain start-up that securitizes residential real estate on a private institutional blockchain. There, he takes the lead in product and business development, creating an overarching infrastructure, culture, and vision, overseeing software quality assurance (QA), user experience (UX), and collaborating on underwriting residential loans. He also runs BoxCamp Storage Company, where he helped industrialize storage logistics and contract with a commercial warehousing partner.

Besides his professional expertise, Keith has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), a post-baccalaureate certificate in Real Estate from California State University, and continuous education on accounting, finance, and fixed-income transactions.
