Dr. Keith Russell is a distinguished R&D professional with over 15 years of experience in BioPharmaceutical Research and Development, excelling in both Discovery and Clinical Development.

He possesses a rich background in program/project management, strategy development, alliance management, and business performance improvement, showcasing strengths in creativity, communication, and problem-solving.

Keith has a profound understanding of drug discovery & development, with expertise in respiratory, inflammation, cardiovascular, urology, and neuroscience therapeutic areas.

His core competencies include drug project management, global change leadership, medicinal chemistry, Lean Six Sigma practices, alliance management, and talent development.

Keith holds a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, a NATO Postdoctoral Fellowship in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from The Ohio State University, and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Chemistry from Northumbria University.

He currently serves as the President & Chief Consultant at RussInnova Inc. and leads a drug development Project Management Office for a top 5 Pharma company at Chaucer Group.

Prior to his current roles, Keith held significant positions at esteemed organizations such as Director Life Science at YourEncore, Global Program Director, Global Director of Lean Sigma, and Director of Medicinal Chemistry & Drug Discovery Project Leader at AstraZeneca.
