Keith transitioned to Electronic Arts, where he served as Vice President of Global Marketing from 2005 to 2013. In this pivotal role, he led marketing teams across various international studios, including Vancouver, Montreal, Orlando, and London. His portfolio included high-profile franchises such as Need for Speed, NBA LIVE, NHL, UFC, FIFA, and Def Jam. With a comprehensive approach to brand management, Keith integrated consumer insights into product development and business planning, thriving at the intersection of marketing and creative design. Keith continued to demonstrate his capabilities in the B2B sector when he became the Head of Marketing at Sports Illustrated Play in December 2015. His strategic guidance propelled SI Play to the #2 market position within the industry, leading to the company's acquisition by NBC Comcast in January 2018. In February 2018, Keith accepted a new challenge as Head of Marketing at Talroo, a rapidly growing player in the talent acquisition space, where he managed a complete rebranding and facilitated the company's next phase of growth.
Most recently, in August 2020, Keith joined CareHive (previously known as Remedy) as the Chief Marketing Officer. CareHive is recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the digital health arena.
