Key member of the Executive Team and integral in re-positioning, marketing (both digital & offline) and rebranding iContact while successfully launching its first Apps, SalesForce Exchange & Social Media products, more than doubling the company's valuation in less than one year, enabling iContact to raise a $40 million Series B in 2010 which led to its eventual acquisition for $169 million by Vocus (NASDAQ: VOCS).

Based in the Durham / RTP area in North Carolina, iContact was a purpose-driven company that makes email marketing and social media marketing easy, so that small and mid-sized companies and causes can grow and succeed. As part of its social mission, iContact applied the 4-1s Corporate Social Responsibility Model, donating 1 percent from each of its payroll, equity, product, and employee time to its local and global communities.

Keith implemented critical NPS (Net Promoter Score) initiatives, surveys, and measurements driving both internal and external "Wow" campaigns to dramatically improve customers' perception of iContact's products and services. 'Wow the Customer' company initiatives lead to iContact's new company values creation and rollout (WOWME = Wow the Customer, Operate with Urgency, Work without Mediocrity, Make a Positive Wake, & Engage as an Owner).

Senior Vice President of LendingTree, LLC (IAC Financial Services); Responsible for leading the Emerging Businesses and Short Form Mortgage divisions.

As General Manager, responsible for leading its Lending Exchange, which was made up of over 600+ lending partners nationwide. Using the LendingTree and GetSmart brands, the Lending Exchange matches and connects its business partners with engaged consumers who have completed qualification forms for Mortgage Loans, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Commercial Loans, Student Loans, Credit Reports, Credit Repair, Insurance, and more.

The GetSmart / Short Form Mortgage division P&L, a previously unprofitable business since its acquisition by LendingTree (under IAC), became profitable in Keith's first year (2006) and in 2007, 2008, & 2009 became LendingTree's most profitable P&L in terms operating margin dollars contributed and in profit margin as a percentage of total revenue generated, despite the major shifts in the mortgage & lending environments.

After joining the company, LendingTree's digital display marketing efforts were consistently ranked #1 in terms of total media value achieved online (by TNS Media Intelligence / Kantar reports). This was not the case prior to Keith joining LendingTree, nor has this occurred since his departure. 

The LendingTree brand had facilitated more than 24 million loan requests and over $160 billion in closed loan transactions before Keith's departure in 2009.

As VP, led Western Mutual's Marketing, Internet and Direct Sales efforts, which transformed a traditional Agency dependent Insurance Carrier into a Direct driven operation with both internal and external broker channels, all via Internet Marketing and Direct Mail. Web based applications at <a href="http://WesternMutual.com">WesternMutual.com</a> and <a href="http://DirectBrokerLink.com">DirectBrokerLink.com</a> allowed approved homeowners and insurance brokers to generate instant quotes with online underwriting approvals with fast policy binding options. Western Mutual online consumers were also able to compare their online quotes to those of the top insurance companies available in their area (like AllState, State Farm, Farmers), with internally developed HO3 online rating systems. Additional websites were also developed and deployed that increased Western Mutual's ability to service its existing clients and greatly improve retention rates for their homeowners during a third party mortgage refinance process (<a href="http://EasyEvidence.com">EasyEvidence.com</a>).
