•	Worked collaboratively with faculty and administration to create, eliminate or change policies to support technology commercialization. Met routinely with leadership, deans and department chairs to inform and support progress of technology commercialization.
•	Led or inspired teams to establish numerous faculty and student resources, including educational programming, events and student internships.
