Dr. Keith Lovegrove is a distinguished professional with over 30 years of experience in Renewable Energy and 15 years as an educator in Energy Systems and Systems Engineering.

He has held key positions such as Managing Director at ITP Thermal Pty Ltd and Head – Solar Thermal at ITP Energised group.

Keith is a former leader of the Solar Thermal Group at the Australian National University, where he spearheaded innovative projects like the 500m2 Generation II Big Dish solar concentrator, earning prestigious design awards.

With a strong publication record, including patents, book chapters, and reports, as well as being a frequent speaker at international conferences, Keith is a respected figure in the field.

He has actively contributed to the advancement of solar energy technologies through his involvement in various organizations such as IEA Solar PACES, the University of Adelaide's Centre for Energy Technology, and the Australian Solar Thermal Energy Association.

Currently, he serves as the Chair of the steering committee of the Australian Solar Thermal Research Institute, demonstrating his leadership in driving solar thermal research and innovation.
