Keith Instone

Keith Instone is the Founder of Dexterity User Experience, a consultancy focused on enhancing user experience (UX) practices within organizations. He has a rich career spanning over 30 years, divided into three main phases: as a Human-Computer Interaction researcher, an industry practitioner at IBM, and a user experience consultant.
