Keith Hejna is a passionate and mission-driven individual dedicated to driving social impact and empowering others.
With a background in Public Relations, Sports Journalism, History, and International Studies from Penn State University and the University of Wollongong, Keith brings a diverse skill set to his work.
Currently serving as the Director of Philanthropy at Little Kids Rock, Keith has held various roles within the organization, including Director of Major Gifts and Partnerships, Senior Manager of Donor Relations, Communications and Outreach Coordinator, and Program Specialist.
Keith's experience also extends to roles such as Public Relations Intern at Little Kids Rock, Freelance Journalist at The Montclair Times, and Editorial Assistant at Gotham Sports Media.
His early career includes positions as NJ State Project Assistant at The Madison Institute, Student Assistant at Penn State Athletic Communications, and Retail Representative at Crossmark Inc.
Keith is a connector, storyteller, team player, creative problem solver, and accountable leader who is passionate about music education and empowering disadvantaged youth and communities through sustainable and scalable system change.
He believes in the power of a small group of committed individuals to ignite positive change in the world.
