Keith Hartman

Keith Hartman is the Chief Executive Officer of ContinuumRx Infusion Services, a role he has held since September 2020 after being promoted from Chief Operations Officer. He has over two decades of experience in the pharmacy industry, having founded and managed various pharmacy businesses, including retail, compounding, and specialty pharmacies, as well as a long-term care pharmacy.123

Hartman graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. His leadership at ContinuumRx has been marked by significant growth, with the company expanding its partnerships with health systems and enhancing its services in home infusion and specialty pharmacy.14

In addition to his professional achievements, Hartman is actively involved in mentoring future pharmacists and pharmacy owners. He is also a father of six and enjoys private aviation, golfing, and skiing.23
