Keith Dempsey

Keith Dempsey is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with over a decade of experience in the field. He is currently the Head of Cybersecurity Operations and Incident Response at Datto Holding Corp, a leading global provider of cloud-based software solutions for managed service providers. Dempsey oversees the global incident response team and is responsible for enterprise intrusion monitoring and response programs. Prior to his role at Datto, Dempsey worked as a cybersecurity analyst at Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund, where he developed expertise in detecting and responding to anomalous behavior on the network.

Dempsey holds several cybersecurity certifications, including ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and GIAC Certified Cybersecurity Strategist (GSTRT). He is also skilled in malware reverse-engineering and digital forensics analysis. Dempsey studied Information Technology and Informatics with a specialization in cybersecurity at Rutgers University.

Throughout his career, Dempsey has held various roles in cybersecurity, including Senior Intrusion Monitoring Engineer, Security Operations Center Analyst, and Cloud Administrator. In addition to his work in the professional world, Dempsey has also spoken at industry events such as the Black Hat Security Conference.
