Keith Champion

Keith Champion is a senior executive with extensive experience in the automotive and electric vehicle industries.1 He currently serves as the Senior Director of Quality and Operational Excellence at Zero Motorcycles Inc., a position he has held since March 2023.1

Prior to his current role, Keith worked at Lucid Motors as the Director of Operational Excellence from December 2021 to August 2022.1 During his time at Lucid, he:

1. Designed, launched, and led the global Operational Excellence organization for manufacturing
2. Developed and implemented the Lucid Production System in the United States, Saudi Arabia, and Europe
3. Structured and directed Learning & Development, Lean, Data Visualization, and Industrial Engineering departments1

Keith has a strong background in automotive manufacturing, having worked at Tesla Motors for nearly 9 years in various roles, including Senior Manager of SX Quality & Central Manufacturing Operations and Production Manager of Powertrain Remanufacturing.1 Before Tesla, he spent 17 years at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, where he gained extensive experience in advanced problem-solving techniques and training.1

Keith's educational background includes studies in Organization Administration and Management at Midway College and Management at Northwood University, where he maintained high GPAs.1
