Product manager for SaaS/Cloud applications and recently introduced companion mobile apps. One solution is used by companies to manage their M&A lifecycle activities (pipeline, diligence, post merger integration and divestiture). The other solution is used by clients to manage large, often globally distributed projects. Lead product strategy sessions, manage and prioritize the requests backlog, develop product roadmaps, plan release content, coordinate with development, QA and Ops teams for delivery, and chair the review and approval meetings for each release through public general availability (GA). 

While in this role we have made significant usability improvements to our successful product of 10 years by investing in UI and server changes and will continue to improve the user experience while adding capabilities and new integrations. We also released new mobile apps (iOS and Android) which was announced in September 2017 at our Client Experience Forum in Houston, TX and then broadly released in October 2017. The second release is already underway and content for the following release is targeted. 

Continue to lead client engagements and account management for select clients, generally focusing on advanced configurations for clients with complex requirements for managing their deal activities or large programs. Provide product demos and support sales efforts, work with members of the Client Services team on implementations and account management, and advise client teams on mapping and adapting their M&A or project management business processes to fully leverage the core application and now the mobile app as well.

Consult with clients globally on PMO/IMO strategy, governance, processes and solutions for large programs, acquisition integrations and divestitures. M&A clients are using the solution to manage integration activities of multi-billion dollar global deals. Lead or participate in sales, implementation and support of SaaS solutions for and PMO's supporting large programs and projects and for M&A clients using IBM Program Work Center or IBM M&A Accelerator.
