Keith Block

Keith Block is an accomplished General Manager who has made a name for himself in the technology and services industry. With a wealth of experience in operations management, customer relationship management (CRM), and people management, he has steered organizations to success, negotiating deals and making meaningful connections along the way.

Keith started his career as a Video Conferencing Technician at Bankers Trust and gradually worked his way up the corporate ladder, holding technical sales & service manager positions at GVT, capabilities manager position at Gen-i, and video conferencing technical manager position at IPEX, among others. More recently, he served as the General Manager of idvio Ltd, where he oversaw the company's day-to-day operations and honed his negotiating skills.

Currently, Keith is the General Manager of Connect NZ. In these fast-changing times, he brings a wealth of experience in telecom, IT, and audio-visual industry to drive innovation and guide the company forward.

Keith studied Computer Studies at London Business School, where he gained critical training and knowledge that have enabled him to excel in his roles. He also has strong consulting experience, and his expertise in negotiation, operations management, and customer relationship management (CRM) have helped him to connect with people in all walks of life.
