I audit, analyze, and report all financial data for all of our clients. I also provide consulting and strategic initiatives based on these financial results, which have led to significant cost savings and an enhanced employee experience.
This includes the analysis and projection of claims and premiums, plan utilization, specialty drug costs, the impact of high cost claimants, medical bill review, IBNR, wellness/tobacco initiatives, and enrollment shifts.
I perform actuarial modeling, nondiscrimination testing, assist in developing communications materials,and assist the sales team in acquiring new business by analyzing data for potential clients. I work with clients to develop strategies and to analyze the impact of their vendors and each facet of their benefit programs.
I am the direct supervisor for a team of data analysts and actuarial analysts; I handle their workflow and training, peer review their work, and conduct their annual performance reviews.

Responsible for providing strategic and administrative direction related to plan implementation and ongoing administration of the total benefits package, and for providing analysis and recommendations regarding any proposed changes to the structure of any plan.
