Keisha Senter

Keisha Senter is the Senior Vice President of Culture & Impact at Monkeypaw Productions, a company founded by Jordan Peele that focuses on creating thought-provoking projects across film, television, and digital platforms. In her role, she leads social impact strategies and campaigns that align with the company's storytelling, aiming to produce mission-driven content and foster partnerships that address contemporary social issues.13

With over two decades of experience, Senter is recognized for her transformational leadership at the intersection of entertainment, politics, philanthropy, and fashion. She has been instrumental in developing award-winning campaigns and initiatives, and her work has garnered attention from major media outlets like Vanity Fair and The New York Times.1

Before joining Monkeypaw Productions in January 2021, Senter founded The Solution Senter in 2018, a firm that collaborates with brands to create impactful content and initiatives. She also served as Vice President of the Will and Jada Smith Family Foundation, where she worked on programs to introduce diverse talent to the entertainment industry. Her career began in politics, working with organizations such as The Clinton Foundation and The Center for American Progress.12

Senter holds a bachelor's degree from Florida A&M University and a Master's in International Relations from Dublin City University. She has received numerous accolades, including being named one of Florida A&M University’s 40 Alumni Under 40.1
