Keely Banach

Keely Banach is an accomplished Human Resources professional with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Promotion from the University of Iowa. She has held various leadership roles during her time as a student, including serving as the Chief of Staff for the University of Iowa Student Government and as the Vice President for Philanthropy and Community Service at the Panhellenic Council. At the University of Iowa Wellness, Keely gained valuable experience as a Student Clerk/Student Assistant for Mindfulness-Based Programs, Department of Psychiatry at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

After graduating from Iowa, Keely joined the corporate world, serving as a Recruiter at Insight Global and a Human Resources Specialist at Midland Paper, Packaging + Supplies. She now works as the Coordinator for Americas Compensation & Benefits at Bain & Company, where she leverages her experience in strategic planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement to create comprehensive benefits packages for the company's employees.

Outside of work, Keely has served as the Campus Activities Director for Chi Omega Fraternity and the Special Event Coordinator for Greek Week Executive Council. She continues to be an active member of the University of Iowa community and serves as a source of inspiration to all who know her.
