Kayse McGough is a dedicated individual who combines teaching experience with coaching skills to empower others in identifying their talents, securing fulfilling employment, and enhancing financial literacy.

With a passion for assisting others, Kayse excels in social perceptiveness and effective communication, enabling her to listen actively, understand diverse viewpoints, and aid individuals in defining goals and crafting strategies for success.

Her analytical prowess allows her to swiftly evaluate challenges and devise systematic solutions, serving as a proactive leader who leverages problem-solving skills to drive both individual and collective achievements.

Kayse McGough pursued her education at James W. Robinson Secondary School, earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Communication Studies with minors in Music and Math from Saint Mary's College, and completed a Master of Science in Management specializing in Business Administration and Management from George Mason University - School of Business.

Throughout her career, she has held diverse roles, including Military Spouse Employment Partnership Specialist at Zeiders Enterprises, Inc., Accredited Financial Counselor at Inverness Technologies, and Army Transition Assistance Program Transition Counselor also at Inverness Technologies.

Her professional journey includes positions such as Employment Readiness Aide at Employment Readiness within the Army Community Service and roles like Facility Management and Operations Intern, Swim Lesson Coordinator, and Water Safety Instructor at the Burke Racquet & Swim Club.
