Kayo Tran
Kayo Tran is a professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism management industry. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Queen Margaret University College and a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Business from Temasek Polytechnic.
Prior to her current role as Director of Customer Success at vsource.io, she has held a variety of customer service management positions on both national and international levels, including roles as Customer Success & Operations Manager and Relationship Manager at TalentDash, and Customer Service Manager and Relationship Manager at vsource.io. In addition, Kayo has previous experience as an Operations Manager at Eglinton Labs and a Customer Service Officer at Changi Airport Group.
Kayo's strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and responsibility allow her to provide excellent customer service quickly and efficiently. She has a proven track record of delivering high-quality service with her team while also managing daily operations.
In her spare time, Kayo enjoys volunteer work, and has organized charity events for various causes, including education and healthcare.
