Throughout her career, Kayo has held various leadership positions, including CEO & Founder at Okaeri, Inc., Chief Executive Officer at Mizutama Laboratory, Inc., Chief Executive Officer at Kayac Living, Inc., and CEO & Founder at Hamonia, Inc.

Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, Kayo also served as Public Relations & Web Director at KAYAC Inc. and worked as an editor and writer in the freelance food industry.
