Kaylyn Shibata is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in business operations, strategy, and product management. Shibata holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Brown University and has completed the Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Shibata has served in various leadership capacities throughout her career, working with multinational companies such as Google and Johnson & Johnson. In her roles, Shibata has been responsible for product management, revenue operations, global business operations, and strategy and business operations. Shibata is also one of the co-founders of Gold House, a nonprofit organization that aims to promote Asian culture and leadership.

Currently, Shibata is part of the Business Operations team at Astra, where she is responsible for the International Spaceports & Licensing division. Prior to Astra, Shibata was a Senior Product Manager for the Google Developer Platform and the Revenue Operations team for Global Business Operations.
