Kaylyn Shibata

Kaylyn Shibata is currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Union Labs Ventures, where she leverages her extensive background in technology and business operations. With over a decade of experience, she has held significant roles in major companies including Astra Space, where she built out the Business Operations team, and Johnson & Johnson, where she was the Director of Strategy & Operations. Additionally, she was a product lead at Google.13

Shibata is also a founding member of Gold House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to elevating Asian and Pacific Islanders in culture and commerce through unity and investment opportunities.1 She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Brown University.12
