Kayley van der Velde is the Senior Business Development Manager at PARLA, a manufacturer of bespoke loose and fixed furniture, wall cladding, and joineries primarily catering to 4-5+ star hotels and fine dining restaurants.

With a background in Communications, Media, and Entertainment Management from University Inholland Rotterdam, Kayley has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with renowned establishments like Nobu Shoreditch, Hyatt Centric, and Hilton, among others.

In addition to her current role, Kayley has held various positions such as Hospitality Consultant at Folque's - Real Estate, Head of Global Events and Conferences at TOPHOTELPROJECTS, and Award Show Manager at Arena International Events Group, showcasing her versatility in business development and event management.

Kayley's professional journey also includes roles as a Delegate Sales Executive, Social Media Executive, Marketing & Promotion Manager, and Sales Executive/Marketing and Events Assistant, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set and a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and event coordination.
