Kayleigh Richards

Kayleigh Richards is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in solution engineering and account management.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com, Honours) from Queen's University, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from The University of Edinburgh, and a Culinary Arts Certificate from George Brown College.

Currently, Kayleigh serves as the Director of Solution Engineering at Salesforce, where she leads a team in developing effective solutions for clients.

Prior to her current role, she held various positions at Salesforce, including Senior Manager, Manager, and Lead Solution Engineer, showcasing her progression and expertise within the organization.

Kayleigh also has entrepreneurial experience, having founded Cloud Helper and served as the CEO. Additionally, she has held leadership roles at Saasli and has a background in channel sales at EMC.

Her past experiences include working as an Account Executive, Solution Engineer, and Inside Sales Associate at Salesforce and EMC, demonstrating her versatility in sales and technical roles.

During her time at Queen's University, Kayleigh gained experience as a Research & Teaching Assistant, enhancing her academic and instructional skills.

She also has internship experience in financial institutions underwriting at Chubb Insurance Company of Canada and executive protection underwriting.
