Kaylee Browning is an accomplished program manager with years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She is highly skilled in various fields such as technical writing, process flow, change management, and employee development. Her expertise also includes visual rhetoric and organizational communication, making her a standout in her field.
Kaylee has earned a Bachelor's degree in English, focusing on Technical Communication, from Iowa State University, a Master of Arts in Rhetoric, Composition, and Professional Communication from the same institution, and has studied Doctor of Philosophy - PhD Coursework, Writing, Rhetorics, and Literacies at Arizona State University. She also has extensive experience working in different organizations such as Viasat Inc., DISH Network, ACT, and even served as Chief of Staff for Representative Leslie Herod at Democratic Party of Colorado.
Her career started in the United States Air Force working in Transportation Management Operations, and she continued on to various roles as a Quality Assurance specialist at TPI (The Printer, Inc.), Loan Servicing Specialist III - Written Customer Contact at Wells Fargo, Customer Experience Communications Analyst, Lead Planner at ACT and a Customer Experience (CX) Intern at the same organization.
Aside from working full-time, Kaylee also had experience teaching as an Adjunct Composition Instructor at Red Rocks Community College and as an Adjunct English Instructor at Community College of Aurora. She also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at both Iowa State University and Arizona State University.
