Kayla Richards is a driven, hardworking, and goal-oriented individual experiencing a vast amount of experience in social work, education, law, and community development. Richards holds a Master of Social Work and a Law certification from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Cornell University, where she graduated Cum Laude. She has worked in various organizations such as Hill Top Preparatory School, HUMAN SERVICES, INC, Chester County Intermediate Unit, Phoenixville Area School District, University of Pennsylvania Pre-Freshman Program, Sandy Run Middle School, and Youth Sentencing & Reentry Project.
Richards is a former president of Cornell University, where she also served as Legal Research Assistant and Head Conductor. She was also a Youth and Family Programming Assistant and 4-H Urban Outreach Educator/Literacy Tutor. Richards has also worked as a Congressional Intern, Extern Attorney-in-Charge, Staff Administrative Assistant, and Hearing Paralegal.
Apart from her notable work, Richards has a positive attitude, a hunger for growth and is a creative individual. She is an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills, making her a valuable asset in any line of work.
