Currently a junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Project Management at Arizona State University, Kayla is also a graduate in Biotechnology from West Career and Technical Academy.

With a proven track record in various organizations, Kayla has experience as a Guest Experiences Manager at Dandelion Chocolate and previous managerial roles at Madhouse Coffee Shop. She has also worked as a Personal Consultant at LAS VEGAS FILM FESTIVAL and as a Marketing Consultant at SOLV HR.

Kayla's professional journey includes roles such as Administrative Assistant at the Las Vegas Philharmonic and the Las Vegas Fashion Council, as well as a Dental Assistant at Saycich & Courtney Dental Office. She has also served as a Social Media Intern at SK+G Advertising and an Office Assistant at the Office of Online Education at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Moreover, Kayla has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills as the Nevada Southern Region Vice President at Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL), further showcasing her dedication to organizational leadership and professional growth.
