Kayla Kingdon-Bebb is an experienced public policy leader, currently heading the Policy Unit at the Department of Conservation / Te Papa Atawhai. With expertise in Treaty law, she focuses on the interplay between indigenous and colonial legal frameworks in natural resource management. Kayla's educational background includes a PhD and MPhil in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, along with Bachelor's degrees from Queen's University.
