Kayla Groehler

Kayla Groehler is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in recruitment and human resources.

Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business and Marketing and a B.S. in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She also pursued a minor in Psychology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Throughout her career, Kayla has held notable positions such as Program Manager in Recruiting Operations at Facebook, University Recruiter at Facebook, Recruiter for University Programs at Amazon, and I/O Psychology Researcher at the University of Minnesota.

Prior to these roles, she gained experience as an Account Executive at The Campus Special, Training Program Manager at the University of Minnesota, and in Talent Acquisition at Matisia Consultants.
