Kayla Gilbert
Global Talent Director at IDEO
Kayla Gilbert is an entrepreneur and talent leader with a background in design. She served as Global Director, Talent x Design at IDEO from March 2021 to February 2022.1 In this role, she led and implemented hiring processes, mentored recruiters, conducted technical searches, and designed interview training to mitigate bias.1
