Kayla has a diverse educational background, having studied Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management at the University of West Georgia and Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business at the University of Tennessee at Martin.

Currently, Kayla Booth holds the position of Enterprise Account Executive at Motion Recruitment. Her previous roles include Director of Enterprise Business Development at Motion Recruitment, Account Manager positions at Xebia and Visionaire Partners, Technical Recruiter at Visionaire Partners, Project Manager in Marketing & Operations at 3P Resources, and various internship roles at organizations like Atlanta Falcons, PGA TOUR, Augusta National Golf Club, and Allure Bridals.

Aside from her professional roles, Kayla Booth has been actively involved in industry associations and non-profit organizations. She has been on the Women in Technology (WIT) Women of The Year Awards Committee, served on the Association of Telecom Professionals (ATP) Board of Directors, and is engaged with the Technology Association of Georgia and TechBridge, a technology non-profit supporting non-profit organizations.
