Kayla Beardsley, also known as Kayla Pierce, has a proven track record of producing corporate events at prestigious venues such as the United Nations, The White House, and The United States Institute of Peace.

Prior to her current role at Nexus, Kayla was involved in organizing the Media for Social Impact Summit at the United Nations for PVBLIC Foundation, and worked as an Executive Assistant to Rachel Cohen Gerrol, the Co-Founder of Nexus.

In addition to her event production expertise, Kayla is an accomplished writer, running a popular blog focused on parenting. She has been featured in notable publications such as The Elephant Journal, Elite Daily, and Top Mommy Blogs.

Kayla's dedication to both her professional and personal life is evident as she balances her work producing Nexus events with organizing tea parties with her daughter, Oakley.
