Kayde Givens is an experienced professional with a background in education, sales enablement, and customer-facing programs.

Starting her career in academia, Kayde transitioned into SaaS sales where she excelled in building and optimizing customer-facing teams.

Currently holding a leadership position at Carta, Kayde focuses on creating memorable learning experiences, optimizing the customer journey, and fostering a culture of feedback and evolution.

With a Master's degree from Baylor University and a background in Communication Studies from Utah State University, Kayde brings a diverse skill set to her roles.

Her extensive experience includes positions such as VP of Field Enablement and Strategy, Head of CX Enablement, and Director of Revenue Enablement at various organizations.

Outside of work, Kayde enjoys reading, public speaking, traveling, baking, mountain biking, and pursuing aerial circus arts.
