Kavan Antani

Kavan Antani is a visionary entrepreneur who has a passion for creating things from scratch, whether it's graphics, event IPs, or companies.

From as early as the 8th grade, Kavan delved into design and animation, establishing his freelance business during school and later launching a startup while in his 12th grade.

Motivated by dispelling misconceptions about freelancing being an inferior career choice and Indian creatives lacking quality, Kavan founded IndieFolio at the age of 17.

IndieFolio, under Kavan's leadership, aims to revolutionize the traditional creative agency model by focusing on speed, variety, and scalability, which traditional agencies often struggle with.

With IndieFolio, Kavan facilitates significant earnings for freelancers, boutique agencies, and studios, benefiting from partnerships with over 350 companies.

Rather than relying solely on an in-house team, IndieFolio leverages the talent of thousands of independent creatives and studios, empowering leading brands to create custom creative teams for each project efficiently and cost-effectively.

Besides his entrepreneurial pursuits, Kavan enjoys engaging with students, participating in design juries, portfolio reviews, and conducting workshops at universities like NID, Srishti, and MITID.

Kavan Antani's educational background includes a certification in AI & Design from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, studies in Product Led Growth at GrowthX®, and diplomas in Visual Effects, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, 3D Animation from FX School, and Graphic Design & Visual Communication from Arena Animation.

Previously, Kavan held the positions of Co-Founder & CEO at IndieFolio Network and Creative Director at Visual Violet.
