Katy Cornell is a skilled educator and writer with experience in a variety of industries. She studied English at the University of Virginia and attended Sacred Heart Academy. Before her career in education, she worked as a public relations associate at TOWN Residential and a freelance writer at CityRealty. She also has experience in retail and coaching, having worked as an intern at Esquire Footwear and a swim coach at Manhasset Bay Yacht Club. She has most recently been teaching at North Oakland Community Charter School, first as a 2/3 lead teacher and currently as a 1/2 lead teacher. With her diverse background, Cornell brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to any role she takes on.
