Katy Bartlett

Katy Bartlett is an accomplished professional with a solid educational background and extensive experience in the fields of chemical engineering, management consulting, and corporate engineering.

She pursued her education at renowned institutions including Jenks High School, The University of Texas at Austin, and Cambridge University, where she studied Chemical Engineering and specialized in Transport Phenomena in the Living System under the guidance of Kenneth Diller, Ph.D.

Katy has held key roles in prestigious organizations, notably McKinsey & Company where she has served as both an Associate and an Engagement Manager. Prior to that, she gained valuable experience at BASF in various engineering positions such as Engineering Manager, Lead Project Engineer, and Lead Process Engineer within the corporate engineering division.

Her career journey also includes roles at ExxonMobil, where she contributed as a Global Industrial Marketing Intern in the Lubricants and Specialties division. Additionally, she has actively participated in academic research during her undergraduate years at The University of Texas at Austin.
