Graphic Designer/Artist

Responsible for helping to develop and implement a comprehensive external and internal visual communication strategy for Cone Health. Externally, this includes designing and producing content for advertising, direct mail, collateral materials (brochures, flyers, signage, digital graphics, etc.). Internally, this includes creating posters, signage, flyers, digital graphics, and other branding opportunities throughout Cone Health to ensure that consistent messages are being communicated to employees.

Act as Human Resources liaison for employee relations functions and/or issues. Assist with staff recruitment, training, and orientation. Supervise office personnel. Timely and accurately complete administrative reports as needed. Format and revise client grids. Coordinate HR and QA/QI committee meetings and resulting reports.

Maintained all demographic reports, prepared site maps, ran demographic analysis (radial or geographic polygon study), and researched competitive programs. Consolidated and managed signage bills and created related cost analysis reports.
