As Resident Mentor, I’ve supported 30+ 500 Global's fund accelerators, corporate innovation, and government programs across JAPAC, San Francisco, and MENA.

These program partners include the Korea Institute of Startup Entrepreneurship Development (KISED), JETRO Nagoya, Taiwan Tech Arena (TTA), Greater Tokyo Innovation Ecosystem (GTIE), Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC), Singapore’s Economic Development Board, and National Youth Council, UNDP, Petronas, Bank of Georgia, Temasek and Sanabil Investments.

My role covers the following: 
- Developing content and leading workshops for program cohorts on B2B SaaS best practices, foundational sales & marketing, customer development and segmentation, positioning and GTM strategies.
- Advising the regional 500 teams on curriculum design and operations.
- Connecting the fund accelerators to local program partners and a network of domain experts as instructors, mentors, and speakers. 
- Delivering 1:1 coaching to startups in the areas of the positioning and customer development, product strategy, sales & marketing, and general business strategy & ops including hiring.
- Providing feedback to the investment teams on startups’ investment readiness. 
- Preparing startups in their investor pitches for Demo Day.
- Sending deal flow to the relevant regional fund investment teams. 
- Supporting select startups post-investment phase on a formal advisory basis.

Alibaba Global Digital Talent (GDT) Network is an initiative under the Alibaba Business School that promotes inclusive development in developing countries, such as Rwanda, Thailand, Mexico, Philippines and more, through the rollout of digital transformation education to educators, students and micro-businesses. 

The GDT Network is made up of governments and global education institutions, such as universities and private learning centres, that deliver Alibaba’s digital economy curriculum focussed on developing digital talents and young entrepreneurs in their local economies.
