Katriina Haikala

Katriina Haikala is a creative leader, artist, entrepreneur, coach, and lecturer. With a strong background in creative leadership, group processes, and interaction skills, she empowers individuals and organizations to unleash their creative potential. She studied International Design Business Management, Art and Education, and Set Design for TV and Theatre at Aalto University.

As the founder of HerStory Oy Ltd, Katriina has established partnerships with various organizations such as Amnesty Finland, Roche Finland, and Microsoft. She has showcased her artwork in cities around the world, including New York City, Tokyo, and Berlin.

Katriina believes in the value of creativity and empowers teams to innovate and achieve their goals. As a mentor and lecturer, she has taught at Aalto University and facilitated workshops for Art University of Helsinki and Turku School of Applied Sciences.
