Katja Engelhart

Katja Engelhart is a seasoned UX leader with over 15 years of experience in the field, specializing in concept development, product strategies, CX, and service design. She has worked with a diverse range of clients such as Akademibokandeln, Bokus, Amnesty Sweden, the Swedish parliament, Stockholm Business Region, PostNord, Praktikertjänst, and City of Stockholm.

Currently, Katja holds the position of Head of UX, Design & User Research at Blocket, a leading marketplace in Sweden under Schibsted. Her expertise lies in experience design, service design, CX, user research, design strategy, concept development, digital business strategy, interaction design, workshops, usability testing, lean UX, prototyping, e-commerce, team management, and product development.

In terms of education, Katja Engelhart has studied UGL – Understanding Group and Leader, Leadership training at Altaleda AB, BSc in Computer Science, and English at Stockholm University.

Her professional experience includes roles such as User Experience Director, Skill Lead (UX), Team Manager, Design Director, User Experience Lead, Concept Developer, Interaction Designer, and Information Designer at various renowned organizations including Blocket, Creuna, Razorfish, and Qb International.
