Katina Celio

Katina Celio is a Technical Learning and Development Specialist & W-NMTTC Lead Instructor at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).1 She has an A.S. in Automotive Engine Performance and a B.S. in Aeronautics with a minor in Unmanned Aerial Systems.1 Katina previously worked as an Automotive Instructor at Universal Technical Institute, Inc. from July 2021 to December 2022.2

With 23 years of career experience, Katina has held various technical leadership roles, including welding shop management, Quality Engineering, and Hardware Quality Assurance.1 She has also taught Advanced Automotive Electrical Applications at a technical institute.1 Her expertise spans course curriculum development, risk assessment, failure analysis, prototype development, general assembly manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, testing, and integration.1

Currently, Katina is a certified IPC Trainer for IPC-J-STD-001 and a NASA level A instructor.1 She is passionate about aviation, automotive, and aerospace-related fields.1 Additionally, Katina is pursuing a career as a Student Pilot.
